(U) Serves as a Training Instructor for the Academy for Defense Intelligence, Intelligence Training Department (ADI 2) Joint Military Intelligence Training Center (JMITC) located in Washington, DC, supporting a variety of instructor duties. This position resides in the Expanded Intelligence Training Branch. Serves as substantive expert and instructor in one of the following disciplines: Cyber operations, Information Operations, Warning Analysis, or Military Capabilities. Exercises a high degree of originality and judgment in accomplishing responsibilities that contribute significantly in guiding and shaping the future of the Agency. (U) Primary responsibilities include: Developing plans and administering learning programs designed to meet the needs of both new and experienced intelligence professionals throughout the Enterprise. (Students are primarily from DIA but also include significant numbers from the combatant commands, military services, and national agencies with intelligence functions. Student population may include personnel from our foreign partner countries as well.) Managing course schedules and enrollment processes for students. Improving internal methods, procedures and controls to effect training outcomes. Conducting research, analyzing trends in learning, and providing recommendations to improve the overall performance of the Agency. Developing and implementing course development procedures, lesson design, validation and implementation plans, programs of instructions, and related topics. Maintaining expertise in instructional theories, principles, and techniques and educational technology to be able to significantly contribute in guiding and shaping the future of the Agency. Courses are presented at DIA headquarters as well via mobile training teams that travel to numerous sites around the world. Performs other duties as assigned.
