Andrew Hallman has joined the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) as Principal Executive. Hallman is responsible for performing the duties and responsibilities of the Principal Deputy Director of National Intelligence until the position is filled by a Presidential Appointee confirmed by the Senate.

Congress appropriated an aggregate amount of $60.2 billion to the National Intelligence Program (NIP) for Fiscal Year 2019. This amount includes funding to support overseas contingency operations.
