WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) today released the Annual Statistical Transparency Report (ASTR) Regarding the Intelligence Community’s (IC) Use of National Security Surveillance Authorities for Calendar Year 2023. The report, published every year since 2014, provides the public with statistics and context regarding the government’s use of Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act authorities, National Security Letters, and other national security authorities.

Brad's knowledge, breadth of experience, intellect, and exceptional integrity make him an ideal choice for ODNI's General Counsel position."

Jon comes to ODNI from Capitol Hill, where he has been professional staff of the Senate Select Committee for Intelligence (SSCI) since 2013, most recently as Budget and Policy Director. In his new role as IC CFO, Jon will lead IC-wide efforts to fulfill the DNI's role to develop, determine, and present the National Intelligence Program (NIP) budget to the President for approval. Jon will work across the 18 IC elements and seven federal departments and agencies, with the Office of Management and Budget, and with Congress."
